 If someone does yhings sturdily, one's physical structure gets similarly sturdy. Likewise finely tuned may lead to sensitive physicsl being. 

Likewise if one cultivates healthy habits and natural good willing choices, one may so have as an option to in the future be healthy and wise in those respects. So even if there is/was sone wound at some earlier time.

Ordinary local warm blanket, not extra warm

 In my texts about korona epidemy, it was difficult to get people wear local blanket and local clothes in what comes to warmtv. And so I mentioned as an advice to wear extra warm winter blanket, but that isn't healthy uf it isn't the coldest winter weathes outdoors.
