Spring time foods

 "  At some point when the spring begins quite many people tend to notice that some partof their fatness is no longer needed, since it was some precaution for coming cold weathers. (All do not have such fatness, since in my experience it seems to come from trying to bear so burdens of helping others like a fat nurse, and somehow not noticing what is for cold and what for helping.) When there is no such weathers coming, people tend to think that losing some part of that excess fat makes sense and ought to replace some of the foods' fat. So they feel like eating less heavy food and often some soup and other lighter foods. So getting thinner is no problem. 

But if one tries to be on a diet, the body may feel such lack of food like a strain somewhat alike to colder weathers, and so being on a diet makes life heavier and so the person needs some more fatness. And anyway, the different family members may need a different amount of getting thinner and so a different amount of normal foods too. Typical to spring is need of vegetables, fruits and normal foods and light foods.
